Biographies
Linda Dimeff, Ph.D.

Dr. Dimeff has provided scientific and business leadership across all aspects of product development and research; first in her lead role in BTECH’s R&D department and now at BTECH-R. She manages BTECH-R's day-to-day product development and research activities. Dr. Dimeff has a history of successfully bringing to market products generated through the SBIR and STTR development process. She is currently an investigator on all of BTECH-R's dissemination research grants through the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Dimeff received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Washington, where she specialized in prevention and treatment of addictive behaviors under the mentoring of G. Alan Marlatt, Ph.D., and in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), with Marsha M. Linehan, Ph.D. Dr. Dimeff collaborated with Dr. Linehan in the development of an adaptation of DBT for substance dependent individuals with borderline personality disorder, and is currently co-authoring a book with Dr. Linehan that describes this treatment. She continues her work as a research therapist on Dr. Linehan’s large research trials on DBT. Over the years, Dr. Dimeff has written numerous theoretical and empirical papers in the areas of addictive behaviors, DBT, and dissemination, and is completing an edited collection of writings on adaptations of DBT to real world settings. Dr. Dimeff’s experience includes providing clinical supervision in DBT and other EBPs, as well as extensive training, supervision and consultation to large public sector systems in the implementation of DBT

 

Eric Woodcock

Mr. Woodcock oversees all project timelines and is the liaison to all of BTECH-R's subcontractors during each product's development. He assists Dr. Dimeff in monitoring project expenses and contracts and maintaining the budget.

 

Tiffany Mueller

Ms. Mueller is the primary contact for all research participants and partnering mental health agencies. She oversees the running of BTECH-R's research trials.

 

Andrew Paves

Mr. Paves oversees all of BTECH-R's grant applications and is the primary contact for partnering research investigators. He has been actively involved in the running of BTECH-R's research trials and other special projects. Mr. Paves has extensive experience working on research projects both at Behavioral Tech Research and as an undergraduate assistant for studies conducted at the University of Washington.

 

Julie Skutch

Ms.Skutch assists in conducting all research trials, including participant recruitment and screening, facilitating participant assessments, and data analysis.
